We want you to love your Logos & Lit order! Each piece is printed with care, and we strive to ensure everything arrives just the way you expect. That said, we know things don’t always go perfectly.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please reach out within 7 days of delivery. Contact us with your order number, a description of the issue. We’ll make it right—either by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.

Exchanges

Need a different size or item? We’re happy to offer exchanges based on availability. To request an exchange, email us at contact us within 7 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for all return and reshipment shipping costs. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

Returns

At this time, we do not offer refunds for returns due to sizing, color, or change-of-mind purchases. Please double-check your cart before checkout, and reach out if you have any product questions—we’re happy to help!

Cancellations

Need to cancel? Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. After that window, orders begin processing and can no longer be changed or canceled.
